With over two decades of healthcare management experience, including expertise in billing and coding, Jeanette is a seasoned professional in Revenue Cycle Management. Her passion lies in supporting providers in achieving financial success within their practices.
Having held various roles in healthcare, from receptionist to managing front desk, referrals, medical records, and scheduling teams, Jeanette brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry. She has direct experience in billing processes, procedures, and insurance training. Her diverse background includes collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists in specialties such as Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Family Practice, and Obstetrics.
Jeanette holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and is recognized as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and a Certified Professional Biller (CPB).
